The ISN has the ability to set the report name based on a designation/template that you would create within the following ISN setting:

Navigate to: Settings -- Office Settings -- Interacting with my Clients and Agents -- Report Delivery Settings:

From there you will see the tab named Report Filename Settings, open it, and you'll see the list of variables that can be used to set the name of the report that you upload. Choose the desired options:

Once you have defined the Report Filename format, click on Save.
