Quality Assurance system allows an office manager to review and quickly let an inspector know if their report is acceptable or not.

Each order in the system has the 'Quality Assurance flag' by it after it is turned on under Office Settings and then activated on your inspection grid settings by pulling it from Hidden Info to Visible Info.

Step 1 - Activating the Quality Assurance Option:

Follow the path Settings --> Office Settings --> Quality Assurance Options

Set up the Quality Assurance Options such as the recipients and notification triggers. Once you have finished, click on Save Settings.

Step 2 - Enabling the QA setting in the Inspection Grid:

First, under Inspections click on Scheduled Inspections.

Below the Inspection Grid, you will find the Settings button, click on it.

Now, within the Hidden Info section, you have to search for the QA option, drag and drop it in the Visible Info section:

From that moment on, you will see the QA column.

After the report is uploaded, clicking the flag allows the Quality Assurance person to quickly review the report then click 'pass' or 'fail' and email the inspector if it failed.

Add notes, Inspector fixes any issues noted and re-uploads the report.
