You can share your calendar with your office and team. Here are a couple examples of what you can do with sharing:

Share your main calendar with someone so they can see your schedule. Create a new calendar that multiple people can edit, like a "Hiking" calendar that everyone in a hiking group adds events to. When you add someone to your calendar, you can decide how they see your events and whether they can also make changes like adding or editing events.

Share your calendar In Google Calendar, you can have multiple calendars that you add events to. Each calendar can have different sharing settings.

You can share the main calendar for your account, or another calendar you created.

Note: You can only edit your sharing settings from a computer, not the mobile app.

Open Google Calendar on a computer. On the left, find My Calendars. You may need to click to expand it. Find the calendar you want to share and click the 3 dots next to it. Select Settings and Sharing:

In the Settings and Sharing section, scroll down and locate the section named Share with specific people, click Add People:

Enter the email address of the user you wish to share your calendar with. For Permission Settings, choose an option in the drop-down menu. Learn more about these options below. Click Send.

Once you click Send, the person you shared your calendar with will get an email invitation to view your calendar. If they click the link in the email, your calendar will be added to their "Other calendars" list.

Create a new calendar to share You can create a new calendar and invite other people to view or edit it. When you create an event, you'll see an option to choose which calendar to add the event to. Note: You can only create a calendar and edit its sharing settings from a computer, not the mobile app.

Open Google Calendar on a computer. On the left, click the + symbol next to Other calendars. Select Create a new calendar. Fill in the calendar name, and click Create Calendar:

Important: To get your new calendar to show up on your Android phone or tablet, you'll need to turn on sync for that calendar.

Once your calendar is created, you can click it on the left to edit Calendar Settings, go to the settings named Share with specific people:

Add the email address of the person you want to share with. For Permission Settings, choose an option in the drop-down menu. Add the Person's email address, and click Send

Once you click Send the person you shared your calendar with will get an email invitation to view your calendar. If they click the link in the email, your calendar will be added to their "Other calendars" list.

Share with a group Use Google Groups If you want to share a calendar with a large group of people, you can add a Google Group. The calendar sharing settings will automatically adjust to any changes in the group's membership over time.

Follow the directions in one of the sections above about how to share. Instead of adding someone's email address, enter the email address of the Google Group.

Add people individually You can also share your calendar by adding individual email addresses. Follow the directions in one of the sections above about how to share. Add each person's email address.

Control what others can see Permission settings Change visibility settings for an individual event

Stop sharing your calendar Remove people from sharing settings, or stop sharing publicly Open Google Calendar on a computer. On the left, find My Calendars. You may need to click to expand it. Find the calendar you want to un-share and click the dots next to it. Click Settings and Sharing. Under Share with Specific People click the X next to the user you want to stop sharing with:

PLEASE NOTE: Incomplete orders will ONLY show in your ISN Calendar and will NOT show in your Google Calendar.

Troubleshooting If the other person is having trouble seeing your calendar, try these steps:

Make sure you added the correct email address.
Remove the person from the calendar's sharing settings and then add them back (See the directions above).
Make sure they click the link in the email they received.
They should check their Spam folder if they can't find it.
