NOTE: The maximum number of agents you can send to at a time is 50. This feature is only available with SMS Premium.

If you don't have SMS Templates in your ISN currently, <a href="http://help.inspectionsupport.net/isn-features/creating-a-sms-template" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">click here to learn how to add them!</a> First we will select which agents we are sending our SMS template to. To do this, go to Clients/Agents -- Agents -- Agents.

Here, you'll select all of the agents that you want to send this SMS template to.

On this same page, click Actions -- Send SMS Template.

On this page you'll see your agents listed on the left. Now make sure you have the correct template selected at the top, preview your message and click Send.
