Occasionally the ISN will prompt you with an error message that says "Error: Unable to Send Email to the following address(es):."

Why this Happens

  1. The most common reason for this error is a bad email address. Look over your email address, make sure there is an '@' (at) sign, make sure there are no erroneous spaces or odd characters in the address.

  2. The second most common reason is attachment size. The ISN will allow you to send approximately 25MB as attachments. Which is actually fairly aggressive. Most email providers will only let users receive about 20MB of attachments. Thus, make sure if you have a lot of attachments that you are sending them as a link.

Hmm, well I checked both of those...

If you check the address quality and you are not sending attachments you can reach us by chat, email at help@inspectionsupport.com, or phone at (800) 700-8112.
