One powerful feature of the ARM is the ability to dynamically create routes for your Marketing representatives. This will allow them to follow up with Agencies and keep that relationship fresh.

This can be accessed via the Route Builder button on navigation bar.

Start by selecting an representative you would like to build a route for.  Remember you must be logged in as an Office Admin to be able to select the representative.  Then filter down agencies by status, and label.

Next, select which agencies you would would like to build the route around below the map. 

Then select "Next" at the bottom right of the screen.

Your route is now generated on the map in the next screen.  If there is a more optimal route available it will warn you in the lower left hand corner.  Click "Click here to optimize" for the suggested route.

You can also create your own route and refine it by selecting your starting point (1), any agency in your list (2), and the desired end point (3). Update (4) your map to see the route you have created.  This will show the best route to and from your selected stops.

You can also change the order of your route.  Just grab the arrows next to each agencies name to change the order of appointments.  Click "Update" and the new route is displayed.

Special Note: It is not currently possible to save or re-use routes. Routes that you would like to save/reuse will need to be set up days or weeks out in advance.
