Please Note: This article is provided as a courtesy. The following screens may not reflect the latest user interface with Home Inspector Tech (HIT). You will need to contact their support team if you have questions about or issues with their platform.

In HIT navigate to Settings -- Configuration -- Third Party Application Configuration Then click the 'Yes' option next to the ISN section.

A modal screen will pop up where you can enter in your Company Key, Access Key, and Secret Access Key from your ISN.
For more information on how to find your Access Keys in ISN, click here.

Once you enter that information, click save.

HIT will then automatically sync every 30 minutes with your ISN to pull over new inspections.
You can view those appointments under Inspections -- Inspection List or under Schedule -- Main Schedule in HIT.


Any appointment retrieved from the ISN will have an ISN- prefix before the Inspection ID in HIT:

Once the report is completed and published in HIT, it will push back into your ISN automatically!
If you have any email events configured to send the report files out, those will begin counting down.
