Send a Message to Anyone

This article describes how to send a one-off SMS/MMS to anyone.

Please Note: this feature requires Premium SMS/MMS. For more information on how to upgrade to Premium SMS/MMS, click here.

First navigate to SMS -- View/Send SMS Messages


Then, click the tab labeled New Message

Click or tap into the ‘Add Recipients’ section.

You can type the name of a contact, or type a 10 digit phone number to send a message to (whether they’re a contact in your system or not)

Click on the contact name, or number in the dropdown to confirm.

From here you can:

  1. View all sent/received messages.

  2. Send an individually typed message

  3. Use a template

  4. Send a video or image file up to 5mb in size
