When you have unscheduled order's in your ISN, you will see the following prompt at the top of your screen:

Clicking this allows you to view any unscheduled orders that have been booked.

If you find that your Unscheduled Inspections Grid isn't displaying any orders:

It's likely you have a filter in place that is limiting which inspections appear. You can remove this by clicking the Clear button on the orange banner:

Without the filter in place, you'll see all Unscheduled Inspections in your ISN:
