Note: If you are a user working with Home Inspector Pro(HIP) or Tap Inspect you'll want to review the alternative process that agents will want to follow.

An agent can take an inspection report summary and make an repair request with the items to be replaced, fixed, funded, etc... This is made into a PDF file that can be delivered the the client.

First the agent will open their Real Estate Dashboard and click on their options toggle.


You'll see a recent list of inspections, if you don't see the inspection you're looking for you can use the Search to search the address. Once you have the inspection, click View

Now to add a repair request for this inspection, click New Item

Click Add Photo to include a photo for this particular item, fill out the Category, Item, Option and Comments then Add Item.

Now you'll see your repair request for this order.

Click New Item to add additional items to the repair request, once finished adding all items, click Download to get your PDF file.

This downloads the file to your device which you can open to review prior to sending to the client.
