In ISN you can keep and maintain a list of all of your Agencies, the Agents that work for each agency, and see all of the inspections performed by a given agent.

This allows you to easily manage information on who your top performing agents are and what agency they belong to, without having multiple records for each agent.

So what does that look like?

When you book an order in ISN, you can add a new agent or search for an existing agent. Searching for an agent works because we keep a list of every agent you’ve used on any order (viewable under Clients/Agents – Agents). Each agent record can also be tied to a specific agency. So you can have a list of agencies, track which agents work in which agency, and see all of the orders for a particular agent.

Editing Agency or Agent Information
So we’ve established that Agencies can be used as a way to group of all of your agents by where they work, and each agent record keeps a list of all of the orders associated with that agent. What does that do for us?

If something happens in our above illustration and ReMax Test gets renamed to Remax Home, or perhaps their office address changes, you can simply edit the agency information and it’ll update for all of the agents' records that work for ReMax Test.

Let’s say Jane Doe gets a new phone number. Instead of adding a new agent record for Jane we can simply edit her record (from an order she’s done in the past, a new order, or by editing her record directly under Clients/Agents – Agents) and alter her phone number in one place. It will then automatically update in every other order she’s associated with.
