Should the time come to change the ownership information in your ISN there are a few steps you will need to take.
Although you may be leaving all of the information, signed agreements, reports and database in the ISN for the new owner, we highly recommend you back up the information for your possible future needs. Our articles below will outline the steps to do this:
Next, if you haven't done so already, add the new owner to your ISN as a user, designate them as the owner and assign owner privileges.

The person whose name and credit card number are on file for an ISN is considered the owner and the individual that ISN has fiduciary responsibility to. This information is found and updatable under:
Admin -- ISN Invoices and Credit Card Information -- Update Credit Card
Other areas in the system you will want to update the new owner information are found at;
Settings -- Company Settings
Settings -- Office Settings -- My Office Settings -- Contact Information
Other areas for consideration if not utilizing an office or general email address would be;
Email -- Email Events (you can open up a support chat from within your ISN and ask our team to help change the outgoing email events' sending address en masse if you have more than a few turned on)
