The screen resolution of your PC, android or iPhone is two numbers that describe the number of pixels that you screen displays. It is usually quoted as width x height, with the units in pixels: for example, "1024x768" means the width is 1024 pixels and the height is 768 pixels. This example would normally be spoken as "ten twenty-four by seven sixty-eight" or "ten twenty-four by seven six eight".

Advantages of a low resolution screen setting.
The smaller your resolution is set, the larger things will be on your screen.

  • Often allows your device to run faster and more smoothly.

Disadvantages of a low resolution screen setting.

  • Can cause parts of ISN to not be visible inside your screen by 'cutting it out of view'.

The larger your resolution is set, the smaller things will be on your screen.

  • Can make your device run ISN slower and cause pages to stutter when loading.
