How do I start?!?! Where do I begin in personalizing my Inspection Support Network you say?
First things first. Send us your agreement(s) in a word document file, your company logo in an electronic format such as jpeg, gif, etc. and any electronic letterhead you might use. Next you can send us your client and agent database in a CSV or Excel spreadsheet and our team of technicians will upload them into your ISN for FREE! You can send all your files and requests to email@example.com

Now, what you personally need to do —
Watch the first few basic overview videos sent to you in your Welcome email. These are the best first steps and introduction into personalizing your new system for your business and help you in moving around within your system. We recommend them as follows;
This article will help you create a short cut to your ISN to eliminate having to type in your browser the entire link each time
If you have more than one person who will be using your system you will need to add and set them up within your ISN. Pay close attention to the permissions you assign each user. Permissions decide what that user can see and do within your ISN.

Our last video here today discusses how to add and manage your client and agent databases – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o9osAz2ek_c
Once you have watched the video and read the articles, moved around in and set up some of your new system, we highly recommend you allow us to do a webinar training with you to answer any questions that may have come up and show you some of the features you may not have seen or been made aware of yet.
We are here Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Standard Time and can be reached at 800-700-8112. Give us a call, we will be happy to schedule a training and set you up to win on the road to automating and growing your business.
