The following article will walk you through how to stop an email from being sent.
As an example, lets say you have created an email event to automatically send the Inspection Report to your Client and the Buyer's Agent. This one time, for what ever reason, you will not be sending the Report to the Agent.
Let's stop that email!
Locate the Inspection on your inspection Grid. Inspections --> View Inspections
Then, open the inspection order form by clicking on the "blue i".
Locate the Email Events column. Find the email you wish to stop and click on "Put this event on hold" icon (red circle with a little hand).
If you wish to delete the email entirely then click on the small X in the red circle, to the right of the red circle with a little hand.
