The ISN has a unique feature that allows the ISN owner to enable or disable the accessibility of the company calendar per user.
This setting allows the ISN owner to determine if the user will only be allowed to access their own calendar within the ISN, or the entire company calendar.
The following instructions will guide you on how to enable or disable the Company Calendar Access setting.
Navigate to Admin -- User Administration and then click on the Actions tab for the ISN user this setting will apply to and click on Edit:
Once you land on the ISN User Profile page, scroll down to the Privileges section until you see the settings: Company Calendar Access
Clicking on that box allows the ISN User to see/view the entire Company Calendar, and un-checking that box allows them to ONLY see their calendar:
Please remember to click on the green Save Changes button at the bottom of that page to save any changes made.
