The Inspection Support Network has added another great new feature to your ISN!! Now your ISN can calculate your inspection fee based on the Property Sales Price!

First you need to set up your pricing structure by going to: Settings -- Office Settings -- Inspection and Fee Settings -- Fees by Property Sales Price.

On this page you can set up a cost per dollar of the sales price, OR you can set up ranges of fees based on sales prices. There you can also modify durations and event set specific fee ranges to only apply to specific inspection types.
You can add additional fee ranges to work with by clicking the Add a Sales Price Fee button.

Any changes you make won't go into effect until you click the Update Sales Price Fees button.

Second, you will need to add the Sales Price control box to your order form that provides the ability to enter the Sales Price of the property that will be inspected. Follow this article for Adding Controls to Your Order Form.

Finally, you will need to turn on the Sales Price Calculator on your Fees Page for any fees it should apply to.
Go to Settings -- Office Settings -- Inspection and Fee Settings -- Fees

Check off Sales Price Calculator next to the fee(s) you want to apply it to.

Changes on the Fees page are saved immediately, no need to click a manual Save button!
