Hold a Date/Time Without Assigning to an Inspector

This article explains how to hold a date/time without assigning an inspector within your ISN.

Can the order form under primary inspector have a blank in it so I can hold an inspection as incomplete without selecting an inspector?

This is possible and can be done by adding a new user.

Designate the new user as an inspector (so they will appear in that drop-down). You can name that user/inspector Open or Blank, or whatever will fit your business needs.

Then move that new user/inspector to the top of the page on the User Administration page so they will be your first option when selecting an inspector on the order form.

Use the "hamburger" on the left side of the Inspector's name to drag and drop:

Note: When creating a new user the system will ask you for an email address, you can create a fake address with a fake domain like open.blank.mail@mail.com

Now, in your Order Form, you will see the blank inspector listed at the top of the list:
