Go to: Administration -- User Administration -- Actions -- Edit to edit their user's profile.

Scroll down to Serviced Postal/Zip Codes area, click on Set them Here where it says: If this inspector works within specific zones, you can set them here.

Notice that for those who work in multiple states, you can add zip code areas accordingly as well.

YOu can add a new zip code, search through the already loaded ones, and check off the box next to a code to set it as one serviced by the inspector.

Once you're done making changes, close that pop up window and scroll to the bottom and click Save Settings
