Note: Enabling Zip/Postal code territories is an all or nothing commitment. Once the limitation is enabled in your ISN, you must add Zip/Postal code territories for all of your inspectors.

In circumstances where long lists of Zip/Postal codes need to be entered, the ISN support team can help. You can provide spreadsheets to us that include all the zip/postal codes for your respective inspectors in a single column, and we can upload them to those inspector profiles in a single operation. Where some zip/postal codes are already loaded, we can also copy the zip codes ranges from one inspector to another.

To begin the process of creating Zip/Postal code territories for your inspectors, Go to: Administration --> User Administration:

Open Actions --> Edit to edit their user's profile(s).

Scroll down to Serviced Postal/Zip Codes area, click on Set them Here where it says: If this inspector works within specific zones, you can set them here.

Notice that for those who work in multiple states, you can add zip code areas accordingly as well.

You can add a new zip code, search through the already loaded ones, and check off the box next to a code to set it as one serviced by the inspector.

Once you're done making changes, close that pop up window, scroll to the bottom and click Save changes.

If you have any questions about this process please let us know! You can reach us by chat, email at help@inspectionsupport.com, or phone at (800) 700-8112.
