If you change your password on the Home Owner's Network -or- possibly provided ISN with an incorrect email it can cause the automation of ISN to stop sending properties.
To update your HON username/password you first need to disconnect your current username/password for HON. Click on Settings and then Office Settings, scroll down and click on HON. Next, click the Cancel HON Link with ISN.
Next, click on the green Existing User, Sign In
to re-add or update your username and password.
