Need to block off a date and time for a team meeting, vacation schedule, personal appointment? Simply go up to the blue task bar and click on Calendar -- Add Event.
Choose the inspector or user calendar the Event will affect, pick the date for the event, time frame of the event, title, and describe the event. This Add Event feature also allows you to let the system know if this will be a recurring event or not.
Once the event is on the calendar, you can click on it to edit your event if anything changes, or delete the entire event. Note: calendar events can only be modified from the Agenda or Scheduling Calendar, the Box calendar is obsolete and cannot modify calendar events.

The Events you have added to your calendar will also be applied to your Online Scheduler calendar in order to avoid an inspection being scheduled when the inspector is not available. The inspectors nightly email will also provide information on any calendar events they have scheduled for the next day.
