The following article will guide you through how to add the report number to your order form.
After logging into ISN, navigate to Settings -- Office Settings -- Inspection and Fee Settings -- Customize Order Form.
Choose the section of the Order Form you would like to edit (or add a new one) and click Controls.
There you will see a list of all the controls for that section. Choose Add a Control at the upper left.
Under Control Type select Report Number, and fill in the remaining details. Being detailed with the name and description is recommended!
Finally click Add Control and your new control will show up in the list of controls for that section.
You will see your new control in your form by going to Inspection Order Form and looking under the section you added the control in.
