The following article will walk you through on how to turn on/enable an email event:
Navigate to Email -- Email Events
From there find the Email Event that is to be turned on/enabled, and click click the toggle to turn it ON:
Please note, if the Email Event is to be deleted, click on the trash bin to the right of the toggle and the email event will be deleted.
