When adding a new client keep in mind that all clients that have worked with you in the past are already saved in your ISN.

To add a new client click on the "Clients/Agents" tab in the blue ribbon. If you hover over "Clients" it will bring up a drop down where you can choose "Clients".

Next click on the green "Add Client" button.

Enter the client information. The 4 main things you will want to make sure to enter is:

  1. First & last name

  2. Email

  3. Mobile Number

  4. Click the "Send SMS Events" checkbox

There is also an area for the current living address (if you need it), Client Notes and Client Labels*.

Finally, after you have made sure that you have entered all the information needed. You can click on the blue "Add Client" button.
