Let's say you have an email event to automatically send the Inspection Report to your Client and the Buyer's Agent. This one time, for what ever reason, you will not be sending the Report to the Agent.

Let's stop that email!

Locate the Inspection on your inspection grid. Inspections -- View Inspections 

From the grid, click on the order information icon next to the order:

Find the Email Events column typically far right column. Find the email you want to stop or place on hold.

To place on "hold" click the red circle with a little hand.

If you want to delete the email entirely from that order then click on the small X in the red circle.
