Many times agents or someone using your company’s services on a regular basis, receive email event communications and tire of the multiple emails again and again. They want to opt out of receiving your automated email notifications but they DO still want to receive the report you send them via email. ISN has a new feature that now allows this to happen!
While taking the inspection order you can now check a box that will tell the system not to send out your email events but will allow it to send out the report.
This feature (setting) can be found within the Email Event that is being sent out at the bottom of the page:
If that box is checked, it will send the email event regardless of unsubscribe status for email events only.
