In your ISN, navigate to SMS -- View/Send Messages
Here you’ll see a list of all of your most recently messaged contacts (in order by most recently contacted).
You can filter the list and sort by specific contacts, name, or number:
Once you’ve located a new contact, click the View button to the right of their contact row.
This will take you to a scrollable view of all messages sent to and from that person.
If you’re using Premium SMS, you’ll be able to see any orders related to that contact, and their current status, on the left side.
You’ll additionally be able to:
Type out a manual message
Send an SMS template
Send/receive a video or image file up to 5mb in size.
