Water Quality testing is a common service in the inspection business. You can add the Water Quality Control in your Order Form for the scheduler to have it added as a service, and you can even add a fee based on the Control value.

You can either create a new Order Form Section (Tab) or edit an existing one to add for the Water Quality Control.

For this example, we will use an existent one, which is Additional Services.

Go to Settings --> Office Settings --> Customize Order Form (Under Inspection and Fee Settings):

Search for the Additional Services Section and click on Edit Controls:

On the Controls screen, click on '+ Add a Control':

From the Control Type dropdown, choose Water Quality and you will see the screen below appear:

1.- This is a preview of how this Control will look within the Order Form

2.- The Control Dropdown (here is where you select the Water Quality Control to add to your system)

3.- Type in 'Water Quality' or the name you would like the control to display.

4.- Add a short description. This one will only be visible to the users with permission to edit Controls

5.- Type in 'Water Quality' or the name you would like the control to display on the Order Form

Once you have finished setting up the Control, click on the Add Control button to save it.

You will be sent back to the Order Controls. Next, if you want that Control to be added to the Order Form, make sure that the "Show in Order Form" option in the 6th column is checked in Green:

Finally, you can go back to the Order Form and confirm that it looks like this:

NOTE: Compared to the Check Box Control, the Water Quality Control doesn't display in the Online Scheduler.
