The Seller's Agency control will help you to save the Agency information in case you don't have the agent information or when your main contact is the Office Staff from that company.

For the purpose of this article, we will add this Control to the Seller's Agent Section (Tab).

Go to Settings --> Office Settings --> Customize Order Form (Under Inspection and Fee Settings):

Search for the Seller's Agent Section and click on Edit Controls:

In the Controls screen, click on '+ Add a Control':

Now, in the Control Type dropdown, choose Seller's Agency and you will see a screen just like this:

1.- This is a preview of how this Control will look like in the Order Form

2.- The Control Dropdown (here is where you select the Control to add to your system)

3.- What you would like to name the Control in your ISN

4.- Short description, which will only be visible to the users with permission to edit Controls

Once you have finished setting up the Control, click on the Add Control button to save it.

You will be sent back to the Order Controls. Now, if you want that Control to be added to the Order Form, make sure that the "Show in Order Form" option in the 6th column is checked in Green:

Now you can go back to the Order Form and confirm that it looks like this:

You can use the search bar to find the Agency, if it already exists in your system:

If you would like to add a new Agency, click on 'Create New Agency' and fill in the fields:

Remember to click 'Save Inspection' in the Order Form after making any changes!
